When Trainzco develops your Quality
Plan we work closely with the key personnel to make your management
system meet both your and your clients expectations. We can develop
tools or incorporate systems that you already use. The Quality Plan is
written to meet the NZ Transport Agency's TQS1 standard and are usually integrated
with your Health and safety systems making a one stop
document.
The actual Site Specific Contract
Quality Plan has been designed to enable a plan to be produced requiring
little editing once you have identified basic requirements such as hold
points, Contract Engineer, Client, Location, Testing. The completed
quality management plan identifies;

We can develop a combined Quality,
Health and Safety Management System and gain TQS1 accreditation if
everybody is committed, within 3 months from initial
discussions/planning to certification.
