Temporary Traffic Management Training

Jeremy Palmer is a certified National Tutor who provides the Basic Traffic Controller, STMS and Refresher Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) training for Level 1 (L1) and Low Volume (LV) on behalf of the NZ Transport Agency (NZTA). The 4th Edition of CoPTTM has been released and the numerous changes are now part of Trainzco's updated training packages.

L1 and LV roads represent approximately 95,000 km of the 97,000km of roads within New Zealand.

Jeremy does NOT provide Level 3 TTM e.g. the Auckland and Wellington Motorway's and Level 2 TTM which are high volume feeder roads found in Auckland, Wellington, Tauranga, Hamilton, Christchurch and Dunedin, to find a trainer for this type of training see the NZTA website.

Jeremy was involved in the early development of the NZCITO (InfraTrain) traffic management related unit standards and can provide the training and assessment of unit standards 20877 and 20878 through relationship with various Private Training Enterprises (PTE's). Unit Standard training requires a practical element to be assessed, where the trainee sets up a site and operates a RP4+RP41 (TW33) Stop/Go paddle

As an independent NZTA trainer I can provide specific training programmes covering any number of unit standards on a "on demand" basis. As a tutor / assessor I am mobile and flexible and can develop courses for you or your company, incorporating your documentation, processes and equipment so that the students will be as familiar with the workplace as possible.
